About the Company We are an organically growing entrepreneurial company with a familial and innovative feel, committed to quality in everything we do. We started in 2006 in Norrköping with a groundbreaking idea to change the way circuit board manufacturing is done. The journey of innovation began back in 2001 when our CEO Staffan Nordlinder was employed as a researcher at The Swedish Research Institute (RISE). The result of many years of research in electronics was a world-unique product. Now, we support manufacturers in Automotive, LED Light, and RFID with machines to create a flexible, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective production of circuit boards. Today, we are ten people with different areas of expertise. Your Responsibilities As an operator with us, you will be responsible for machine handling, material management, and monitoring the production process. You will perform sampling, quality controls, and documentation. The role also includes operating and maintaining machines, preparing for the next production run, and cleaning according to established routines.

You will work alongside a colleague in a two-person shift team with support from an engineer. We are a small company in a growing phase. Today, we are a close-knit team of ten people who work together to achieve our common goals. This means that tasks may vary depending on production needs. You can expect a mix of machine handling, simpler mechanical maintenance, and other tasks that contribute to efficient production.

Your Profile We believe you come from a technical background, preferably as an operator or technician. However, the most important thing is your commitment and willingness to learn.
